The children at Aberdour School are used to advanced technology, so when they heard their much-loved Head was retiring they went into cyberspace to find his successor.


I was delighted to help them (and the Governors) with the recruitment and, by using human intelligence rather than artificial intelligence, we found and appointed a brilliant new Head.
