Simon's independent schools management consultancy was established in 2003 and since then he has become widely recognised as a knowledgeable and friendly expert who brings fresh thinking and gives honest advice that makes a real difference.

He offers support and mentoring in all areas of strategy, governance, leadership and management. Whether you have a problem or an opportunity, or just want to check your own thinking, he is happy to help.

As part of his work, Simon runs bespoke recruitment exercises to find Heads and Bursars, appointing truly excellent candidates who fit and succeed. His leadership development programmes are extremely highly regarded.
