The Telegraph printed one of my letters as their headline article on 5th December 2022. I was probably the first person to point out that 20% VAT will come on top of another 20% from fee increases between 2022 and 2025. So what schools should really be worrying about is how many parents can afford another 40%, not just 20%.
That means there's a lot schools should be thinking about and now's the time to be doing it.
